Chicken Breasts

Here is a list of different quick and easy recipes from a bunch of our members!



"I marinate mine in Italian dressing. It passes for edible." - Teresa Link

"I make a pseudo cordon bleu with chicken breasts. Just put a piece of Swiss cheese, ham, top with bread crumbs and bake. I also do chicken parm that way. Chicken, a piece of mozzarella and bread crumbs topped with red gravy midway through baking." - Corey DiLuzio Ries

"I also do ranch chicken. Bake and then top with ranch midway through. Something quick and easy since its for your mil. Lol" - Corey DiLuzio Ries

"Put some pesto on top of chicken breast, wrap in prosciutto and bake." - Megan Olson

"Combine a box of chicken stovetop stuffing with a can of diced tomatos, set aside. Pound chicken breasts flatter with a meat mallet or the long side of a can with ceran wrp covering the breasts. Roll the stuffing and some mozzarella cheese inside the chicken and place in a 13x9 baking dish. Coat all the breasts with italian dressing and top with remaining stuffing. Bake 40 mins a 350 degrees" - Shanna Behrens

"Or chicken fajitas... get a little bit of oil hot in a pan and add you faves... chicken cut in trips, gree peppers, tomatoes, mushroom, onions and serve with tortllas and extras if you want" - Shanna Behrens

"I throw boneless breasts in a crock-pot with enchilada sauce, black beans , onion, green & red pepper & stewed tomatoes. I let it simmer pretty much all day then in the evening I wrap it up in a tortilla shell with some cheese and sour cream." - Destiny Snyder
